This intensive, four-week experience is transformational. The Invitational engages participants in professional dialogue and inquiry, welcoming dedicated teachers of all subjects, preK-college. The Invitational Summer Institute features:

• Professional reading and discussion
• Time for professional and personal writing
• Small response groups and one-on-one writing conferences
• Opportunities for developing leadership skills

The 2010 Summer Institute will be held at Oakland Schools, 2111 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford, Michigan, from June 21 – July 16.
